The key was present in the registry. However, things seem to work now. I changed the directory where the hands were moved to, and relaunched FTP and SpadeEye, and all is working now.

Cheers, Carl.

Mr. Snood,

Is there a way to datamine and have tables open/close automatically, but not close a table I'm seated or waitlisted at? I realize I can datamine in background, but I frequently forget to change that setting when I start playing, and have seen my table close!

Thanks, Carl.

P.S. I want to echo what the prior poster said - you not only have an excellent product, but your customer service is also great. I hope you have sold plenty of copies of SpadeEye - it deserves to sell well.

Default SpadeEye: not closing tables properly

Hi,

I have SpadeEye set to close the tables if there are more than 4 players with 120 hands on a table. It is not closing many tables where 5 or 6 players have 500 hands or more. What is wrong here?

It is also set to close if players are below 5 and open tables with 5 or more players.

Thanks.

Version 2.52 is ready:
http://www.spadeit.com/download.php

- The bug with special characters in playernames for HoldemManager databases has been fixed.

- Fixed the 0-playerstatistics-bug when using SpadeEye with AbsolutePoker and PostgreSQL databases.

You can exclude Heads Up tables by unchecking the checkbox "Heads Up" in the SpadeEye filter.

Note: Older versions of SpadeEye does not have this checkbox in the filter.

At what pokerroom do you try to use the "Close table if X player with Y hands on" option?

Note: It currently supports only PartyPoker.

I can try to make SpadeEye not closing tables you are seated at for the next version.

Preventing tables from being closed where you are waitlisted is a bit harder. Not sure if i can get this done. I doubt it.
