[ QUOTE ]
The Act of Seeing with One's Own Eyes and Window Water Baby Moving by Stan Brakhage. Perhaps someday I'll try them out, but . . . [/ QUOTE ] But...? I have seen a few of Stan Brakhage, they were interesting. I saw "The Act of Seeing with One's Own Eyes". I had heard that many people couldn't watch it because it was so hard to see autopsies. But, I think, watching CSI made me not see it as disgusting as other people. It wasn't as hard to watch as I was expecting (have to admit I was a little afraid). Interesting stuff. |

Re: The Best Movie(s) You\'ve Never Seen (And Why)
Way too many to list. I've only seen about half of the 100 most critically acclaimed films of all time.

[ QUOTE ]
One bit of advice -- if you want to see great flicks on the big screen and you have no good revival cinemas handy, check your local colleges, especially if they have a film school. [/ QUOTE ] What an awesome idea, thanks! I am starting a new job at a university next week and will definitely look into this. |

Re: The Best Movie(s) You\'ve Never Seen (And Why)
I have never seen the first 3 Star Wars films.
Once got them all by a friend on video , took the first few minutes and could somehow not stand it. Maybe it's because I'm not such a big science-fiction fan. |

Any mafia related movies. They bore me.

[ QUOTE ] i've never seen The Rules of the Game, even though i own a copy of it on DVD, and i've never seen Sunrise, but that's not really my fault. it's not on DVD is the US [/ QUOTE ] I haven't seen either of these either and I have them both on DVD. Too many movies, not enough time is my excuse. I hereby swear that Rules of the Game is the next movie I watch. [/ QUOTE ] Strike Rules of the Game from my list. Watched it twice in the last 2 days. |
