I concede that 50% was an exaggeration. However, a song that uses its first line or word for its title is still nothing new or special. You're welcome to discount classical music as unimportant or irrelevant, but the practice has been going on for hundreds of years and is still common today. What might be more interesting is naming lyical songs where their title (or a close derivative) is never sung, since that is far less common. |

A tougher one is name a song whose title is said once, and are the last words spoken. I know of only 3 songs like this, all by British bands.
