It depends when it was offered to you. If it was offered to you before the season, i would have called you crazy. If it was offered to you after Week 2, I think it was probably a toss-up, maybe with a small edge to Moss.

ok, heres a wild trade ive been offered.

i get westbrook, owens, and ftaylor.

i give up larry johnson, steve smith and romo.

standard scoring league. no ppr. flex player included.

my team currently is

romo
alex smith (going to waiver wire for culpepper or harrington)

lj
lamont jordan
julius jones
selvin youny
jones-drew

steve smith
roy williams
brandon marshall

so i get a pretty good upgrade at rb and wr and possible upgrade at flex if taylor outperforms mjd, marshall and syoung. does it make up for losing a lot at qb?

hey guys first post in this thread

im a fantasy noob till this year. my team is (barring a miracle 35 point performance tonight by Sam Morris) going to be 3-1 this week.

My issue is i have 3 quality running backs (Rudi Johnson, Adrian Peterson of the Vikings, and Joseph Addai) but two of them have a bye next week (AP and RJ) and i have to start 2 running backs. I dont have a flex position in this league. I really hate to trade or waive one of these guys.

Is it better to trade one or waive one or to suck it up for a week and play undermanned?

Play undermanned. You don't have a scrub backup WR, TE, D or something that you can drop for a waiver wire RB? How many positions do you start? You should have more than 1 backup RB.

Woah woah blasphamy. Westbrook is a walking injury magnet. He currently has muscle spewing out of his rib cage. Any shot he takes there or to the knees makes him miss more games. Meanwhile LJ is going to T off on all kinds of juicy bad run D's. He plays Denver twice (they give up 181 yards per on the ground), Jax (137 yards per), Oakland twice(129 yards per), Cinci (145), Detroit (114), Jets (112) and so on. I think only San Diego and the Titans are actually good at stopping the run in LJ's schedule.

Smith is suffering because of Delhomme's injury. Luckily in the next 3 weeks it's New Orleans (worst secondary in football), a bye, and an ok Arizona team. So he'll be fine. Meanwhile T.O. is now seeing steady dosses of double teams, and with Crayton's finger back to normal, is going to be sharing balls with him and Witten.

Then if that's not bad enough you trade him Romo ? Dude don't do it, for the love of football.

My other WR's are Andre Johnson, Hines Ward, Jerricho Cotchery, and Ronald Curry so I am looking or a 5th WR who can help me get through my injuries and bye week problems comming up.

I'm leaning toward Devery Henderson because I feel like he will have a better shot at putting up numbers in the future since the Saints played three cover 2 teams int he first four weeks, which really hurts his chances of going downfield.

Any help would be appreciated!

v important question - do you get a point per reception in this league?

honestly lynch and mcgahee seem good enough on their own (if it's not point per reception).

[/ QUOTE ]

No, it's not a ppr league. I just feel like Romo's burning a hole in my bench every week but I can't get up the nerve to start him over Peyton. I feel like Bush would be an upgrade in that flex spot with him starting as the every down back, but I dunno. I'm really torn on this one.

I just tried to offer Peyton and a RB for LT but the guy who had LT didn't go for that.
