I think the first 20-22 shots were the shooter inside the building, and then you see law enforcement running towards/maybe into the building and that's where I hear the next 5 or so shots take place, along with screaming/shouting, "get down" which I assume is a police officer.

I actually don't know how I feel about them showing the footage with the sounds of gunshots. But them showing the planes crashing over and over was ridiculous.
