I'm pretty sure I was at your table. I thought it was just kind of 'meh'. If anything, people were pretty timid. [/ QUOTE ] Move up to where they have absolutely zero respect for your raises? |

Re: PLO in Vegas during the WSOP---Please keep here
I manned up today and bought in for $300. Was up to $650 in like a half hour thanks two 2 giant fish at our table. Shortly after they left and I should have too, but instead I stuck around for another hour or two and walked away at $400. Can't complain!

Re: PLO in Vegas during the WSOP---Please keep here
No, but I will probably go in a couple of days. Earlier in the week I tried to go at like 10pm but the list was 18 people long and I ended up going to play NL somewhere else. I went back very late (prob 6am) but they only had 5-10 running and I wasn't really comfortable playing that high.
Was there a cap in that 2-5 game? |

Re: PLO in Vegas during the WSOP---Please keep here
Unfortunately not. Two guys were in for like $5000. Another two for $1000 and the rest of us in the $300-$500 range.
Also a few of the players insisted on the button straddle every orbit so a lot of hands were $10 to go. Whatever though, at least people weren't raising pre-flop constantly. I really need to stop calling pot sized raises with 5678ish hands hoping to flop huge because that's where all my profit went today... I asked if you were there because at least 3 of the guys at my table wreaked of 2+2 but it feels too awkward for me to shout out a "sup bro!" Ya know? |

Re: PLO in Vegas during the WSOP---Please keep here
Yeah that sounds kind of tough to be honest. I got the impression from watching the other day that it was mostly solid players and that the game was pretty deep. I might have to stay away or just catch it at a good time.

I was in seat 8 with about 1K but left quickly to go play HORSE event, a guy on my left bought in for 5K or so. A guy in seat 2 stacked off for $500 twice with nothing (once to me, yay), then found out that there was no cap, and just put all his money on the table, around $3500. I really didn't want to leave. |
