I know what it is. You shouldn't be placing the weight down O-lifts or deadlifts. You just drop it. |

Ok, today is an off day, I've decided on a 3 day program, Mon Wed Fri (off weekends). If anyone suggests that 4 day programs have advantages I'm all ears.
Cardio: Basketball for a few hours Diet: Breakfast: 1 tbsp peanut butter (went back to sleep so didnt want to wake up with stomach ache) Lunch: 3 egg white omelette w/ peppers and cheese |

Legs still sore from bball yest and knees are not happy so i skipped squats today
Deadlifts: 115 x 10 135 x 10 155 x 10 175 x 5 (x3) Bench Press bar x 12 95 x 12 135 x 10 145 x 5 (x3) Bent over rows 35 x 10 45 x 10 55 x 10 65 x 5 (x3) Pull ups assist x rep 70 x 10 60 x 10 50 x 7 50 x 5 (x3) Felt a bit off today, not sure why but stomach was not well. Diet: Lunch: 2 hamburgers Preworkout: fasttwitch drink lift whey protein shake |
