Ha! This guy blatantly lied to me over two years ago regarding a withdrawal of mine, then refused to put me in contact with his supervisor after I showed screenshots that proved he was a liar. He said, "My supervisor already knows about you." I was like uhhhh okay, and never played there again.

By the way, I was the guy who got the original email in cliff note bullet #15 where AP first acknowledged the allegations against Scott Tom. My intent by contacting them was just to get my account permanently closed, and I had sent numerous emails both before and after receiving that statement. My account was JUST closed today, after they tried to assure me over and over again that they are investigating the claims.

They really think we are going to forget how they ALREADY acted in the past.

I fully expect one of the upcoming statements to thank guys like Nat and Ad for helping bring this to light and helping them continue to provide the most secure and trusted place for poker players to play online. Probably a deposit bonus or freeroll too.
