Oh just wanted to say that if AP comes out and admits there was a superuser just like everyone thinks, then Mark should let us see all his hand histories from that session against STUCKINPGH and make our own judgements. I bet he won't agree to do that because I think he knwos waht we will find.

People Mark has been with AP since the beginning and if guys like Scott Tom had access to that superuser and Mark was a part owner and friend of Scott's, do you think he didn't have access to it? Give me a break.

I bet you if you guys ask Mark to show his history from that day he won't do it!

Mark's name is going to be tainted for a long, long time, regardless of whether or not he participated in or knew of the superaccount(s) and Scott Tom.

If he's innocent, that [censored] sucks. If he's guilty, he'll pay for it in the long-run.

Adanthar,

You said in the last thread that you inspected a HH from sheets about a tourney win by PAYUP and determined he could see hole cards. Hardly anything here has been posted about Payup. Is there any further investigation of that? This guy claimed to be Payup:

The icfishies account is obviously very suspicious, but I read that weeks ago and apparently the guy is okay with it. If stuckinpgh wants to post a hand history of that session (if he has it or can get it), that would be terrific.

ike,
Just stop responding to posts that piss you off. Even if you're often right, you're coming off poorly, and you're clogging an important thread.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, I suppose getting in the way of the internetz mobz is probably a bad idea.

(Grunch post, all apologies)

ike,

For a number of reasons, enough is enough. You are aware these threads are being read by EVERYbody, including the people at AP, and you are obviously worried about the hi5-6(?) figues you currently have tied up and subsequently afraid you will never see a dime of ANY of it if AP pegs you as one of the 'bad guys'. These fears might have merit but you don't need to shout down every contrary post and speculation all the while loosely defending the integrity of 'the company' just to prove otherwise to any AP bigwigs that might be reading, and quite frankly the schtick is laughably transparent.

I like you and I personally pledge the first $500 installment in the pledge to get you repaid IF you don't see your money, but for the time being relax. Your behavior is bordering on trolling and your attitude that only the handful of players that lost to doubledrag are the ones ACTUALLY affected is obtuse and very disrespectful.

Seif's post seems reasonable to me, especially in light of the fact that there isn't anything remotely resembling real evidence of his wrongdoing. He's just a spokesman/figurehead for the site right?

I mean you can quibble about his obligation to respond publicly, separate from AP's official (laughable) response, but that's far from the most important issue.

Give the guy a break, our fury should be directed at the people who definitely cheated/condoned/aided/covered up. And having read every post in every thread so far, this does not yet include Seif.

re: Stuckinpgh, isn't it quite possible that the guy got owned by a Seif heater, was frustrated and on tilt made-up/exaggerated a bunch of details like the open-fold, which later on absent tilt he recanted?

mark has also gone off on people chat telling them how the money he loses on AP is a joke compared to how much he makes from the site which implies he owns a % of it

mark most likely owns his % of AP through a variety of shell companies that allow him to stay protected from US investigation into online gambling and situations just like this, mark is not stupid so proving his guilt is going to be much tougher than proving the guilt of a bunch of dumb guidos
