post session hand reviews helped me the most with tilt

i try to look at all pots where i gain or lose 80 or more BBs

i put them in an excel sheet, and i highlight the ones where i tilt with yellow, the ones where i play bad w/ blue, and leave the rest unmarked

being able to see exactly how many big pots i tilt, seems to help me get it under control..... also, after a few days you'll probably see a pattern evolve re: what kind of situations you tilt in, so you can start to look out for those when you're playing

Yeah, I'd be down with a home game where the blinds aren't .10/.20 like my current home games. Not a student, I work at Epic (if you've heard of it).
