Wow. Just completed a profitable heads up session vs. decent opponent.
Hit quads and stack him for a 1/2 buy-in right when he sits down. Hit quads a few minutes later and stack him for another 1/2 buy-in. He buys in full and goes super-aggro until I stack him 4 hands later when I hit top set with my cowboys. Life is good when you run hot. |

I consider decent to be someone who doesn't let me run over them and take their money no matter what the cards are. Even using this definition, I have not found many decent opponents at smaller stakes heads up games.

Just started playing HU...
how easy do you guys have it, getting to keep a fish all to yourself! Up 22 buyins in my first 2k hands at 200 and 400nl running like god. Petrified to find out what the downswings are like. |
