Random erections are an indicator of high T levels. Not just in the morning and not when aroused. But if you are sitting in your office filing TPS reports and find yourself hard... Then yeah... Whatever you are taking is working.

It could (and Im just theorizing here) that your testosterone production is increased due to your new workout routine and so might contribute to more regular "morning wood". Any negative to eating only protein after a workout and no carbs for a few hours? |
