The reason is because BBC sold the rights to Top Gear in America to the Discovery channel. About a year ago Discovery showed some Top Gear eps, which were basially clip shows with Clarkson's pithy comments about the weight of an average American editted out. Now Discovery has an entirely new, "American version" of Top Gear in the works with new American presenters. The Stig will, however, be "flown-in" from the UK to run hot laps for the US show. I think it's a shame we won't get the original version here, but hopefully this new version will be entertaining, and we can still download the UK show from the web. |

I would get the vette... The new style of the vette that started in 2005 is sweet enough to put it up there above the others... in looks IMO not to mention the perfermance is insane...
