500-600 is not 400-600. What they are going to sell for is also not retail price. You were 1k low on what this guy can turn them around for.

there is basically ZERO reason he would be advertising to sell his lot in bulk at or below retail pricing

if he listed them at $1k each buy-it-now on ebay on the 17th, they would be gone in <5 minutes...1.5k would go same day...no reason to sell to u

I saw a listing on Craigslist for a guy who allegedly had a pallet of 25 PS3s. He wanted 25k even, cash. I thought about posting here to find a partner but I decided it was too likely a scam.

I've caught bits and pieces of news reports and stuff on G4 that somebody is going to shut down the PS3 resellers on eBay. Has anybody else heard this?
