[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] glad to see Joey Chestnut put in a solid perfomance [/ QUOTE ] Obviously he is just a few years away from beating Kobayashi. [/ QUOTE ] I don't think he'll ever beat him, he needs Kobayashi to get bored with this and move onto something else [/ QUOTE ] Bottomset wtf? Guys like Bill Russell, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Kobayashi - these guys simply don't get bored with winning. They are born winners. [/ QUOTE ] MJ retired the first time, to go play baseball when he was the best player in the world Barry Sanders retired 1 good season away from the alltime rushing record who knows if Tiger will continue to play golf after he gets to 19majors [/ QUOTE ] MJ retired because he got caught betting on games. You can't kick the greatest player ever out of your sport. He made them billions of dollars so they suspended him for 2 years. |

On one hand you realize that MJ made the NBA a sick amount of money, on the other hand, you believe that the NBA would voluntarily cost themselves a gazillion dollars by suspending their biggest player for almost two years when there was absolutely no incentive to do so. |
