I raise it up to 5xbb with JQ, CO calls

Flop comes 3 6 7 rainbow, I bet $8, he calls
turn is a Q still rainbow, he checks, I check,
river is another 3, he bets $15, I make it $40 (rarely make blufs like these), villain thinks and calls with 44,

this was the right time and place to bluf like this right against a laggy player?

Jesus Christ I played like such a total donkey today. 3betting at he wrong time (and for NO good reason), cbetting at the wrong time, not cbetting at the right time, calling when sooo OBVIOUSLY behind etc. etc. Horrible he-haw donkey moron idiot hyacahhahaavavahahahaacacaca.

And then, right at the end of the day, a hand comes up where I'm left asking - if it's this frigging easy, why the f*** am I being such a total moron when running cold or just running meh? Why not simply tread water when you're not getting the situations? The big hands WILL come. The rest of the time you spend at the table is just paying your dues and doing your porridge.

Maybe I learned a lesson today.
