WTF does that mean? I've been thinking about getting a tattoo for a long time, and it makes sense that I get a poker tattoo since that's my greatest skill.

just get a poker license plate instead. You'll still be the huge lame tool that you desire, but its much less permanent so if you ever decide to stop being lame you have that option
