That's not really a bad flag, it just goes in the records, and then can trigger a freeze if other flags come up. The really bad one is if they see the same MAC address from a forbidden country and then from an allowed one. There are various other things they watch for that will trigger alerts.

Or are Americans flat out not allowed no matter where they are playing from? |

If you now live in Europe, what are you worried about? Just shoot party an email and I'm sure they'll make you fax in your new proof of addy, maybe a utility bill in your name and you'll be fine.
