This kind of thing more common all the time since neteller pulled. Has been plenty of time for poker sites to get their [censored] together.
I have pulled most of my roll offline before Neteller crap out but I definately going to reduce it to bare bones if possible....starting to get a bad feeling about all this. |

I've had 10+ checks before, never taking more than 10 days.
However this last request of $4,500 has taken almost a month now. I emailed stars, they said the new payment processor accidentaly didn't give me the faster withdrawal due to being over $1,000 and I should wait 1 more week or email them back. |

Well, they actualy got back to me with an answer today. They canceled my check, and have credited my account with the 500 + an extra 25. Not that I'm upset to have a free $25 or anything, but I would enjoy it a lot more if they would just apply that money to overnighting me a new check or something.
So 6 weeks after my initial withdrawl, and I'm back to step one with having to withdrawl all over again. Does anyone know if there's any way to pay a little extra or something to have your check sent quicker? |

I have been waiting for a while too. My cashier only showed the option to withdraw in Euro$. PS support said that a senior staff could change the currency manually for me. However, it has taken longer than expected. Cheque issued April 05 but when I emailed them, they said it hasn't been sent yet...
