8/17 - Workout A
I had to go out of town this weekend unexpectedly, and I missed a workout. I'm a bit annoyed about it. I don't like missing days at the gym. Squat 2x5x45 1x5x65 1x5x85 1x3x105 1x2x115 3x5x130 (PR) The bar went up and down 15 times, but my form was pretty bad on some of these. At heavier weights, my technique deteriorates. Still a PR. Bench 2x5x45 1x5x65 1x5x85 1x3x105 1x2x115 3x5x127 (PR) Piece of cake. Deadlift 1x5x45 (RDL) 1x5x95 (RDL) 1x5x135 1x2x175 1x5x190 (PR) I might have rounded my back some. I'm going to ask Wei Yan to watch me next time. Good workout today. The last 3 workouts I've set personal bests on all exercises. |
