hey,
sorry, should have clarified: has anyone had to deal w/ a landlord/management company who requires proof of employment, paystub, letter from your HR dept, etc.? obv tell them you are self-employed (internet company, day-trader, online money manager, etc.,etc.) but since most landlords/mgt comp's want to ensure that you will be able to pay your rent for the term of the lease has anyone had to show bank statements, tax forms, pay 6-12 months up front in cash, anything like this? |

You know, being a winning poker player really takes something extreme and under 1% of all players actually use poker to supliment their income ... and now post Frist 50NL is the 400NL of last year ... the games have become impossible, blimey uNL has gotten a BBV thread, so I can't spam the brew no more ... ohhhh sucks

Dunno Zoot, I don't know about renting, but with regards to morgages and real estate, the only way is to put down 40% of the price in cash (If you only take a loan of 60% of the value, then no questions are asked around these parts) and there is no mercy.
With regards to renting, I guess you just need to look good, so no questions are asked or show a nice transcript of a fat bank account. |
