Why do you play Limit ?

The main reason to play limit, especially live is that it is total torture to sit in a NL game where everybody takes forever to stare at the board, stare down their opponents, play with their chips, adjust their sunglasses, make sure their cap is just the right amount askew, then do it all over again taking forever, to then just rap the table.

I'd rather have a root canal.

These are just the respones I expected from LIMIT players. Don't feel bad because you dont have the toughness to sit in a NL cash game.

You guys play limit because you fear the big bet. Fear hearing the words ALL IN. You dont have what it takes you stare the man down and call off all your chips.

They also play Limit because they dont have a clue how to play top pair in NL.

Tell that to Greenstein, Ivy, Chip Reese etc... who all play in high stakes limit games. The biggest cash games in the world are limit because over time unlike NL cash games luck isn't a factor.
