Re: How much spent on WSOP sats?
500$ devoted to trying it.
Just wish there were more Freezout/Rebuys sats to the 320 and 650$ qualifier, doubleshootout are so high variance it makes me sick just thinking about it. |

Re: How much spent on WSOP sats?
[ QUOTE ]
I think Raymer stated on here that he spent $2600 before he won the double shootout that eventually led to his victory. Just goes to show how difficult it can be sometimes. [/ QUOTE ] Only spending $2600 for qualifiers to get a seat is still very good. He's lucky that he only had to spend that much. Thats still a 300% ROI, and I doubt Raymer was a 300% ROI player in the double shootouts. I dont think people realize how much luck is involved in winning a seat cheaply. If anybody is truly serious about qualifying they should expect to spend over $5k for their seat. For example, in the double shootouts even if you have a 16% 1st place expectation, it will still take, on average, about 40 attempts to get your seat, or over six grand. |

Re: How much spent on WSOP sats?
P.S. I still havent won a seat yet either, and have like $1500 into DS's and have run HORRIBLY, I will keep trying and hopefully win more than 1 to make up for the bad start to qualifying.

Re: How much spent on WSOP sats?
~$800 and in.
I was prepared to drop $2500. 1 PS DS and a couple of $73+7 there too 1 Full Tilt $24 -> $215, died there 6 Full Tilt $150+10 SNG, got 2nd for cash in two of them Got 1st for entry into $1000+60 in the last one 72 people 6 seats, took about 2 hours to get to the final table, and the bubble took 1.5hrs to burst. And now I've dropped about $400 trying to qualify for a preliminary event. |

Re: How much spent on WSOP sats?
Oh yea, I forgot to say that I'm in for about a grand right now. I've probably played about 5 $215 nightlies on party with nothing to show so far.
