I have no idea what's good for armwrestling but I know hockey players use this workout to work on their wrist/forearm strenght:
1. Take 2L soda bottle and fill with water. 2. Saw off about 10" of the end of a broomstick. 3. Tie a string around the middle of the broomstick-handle so that it sticks. Tie the other end to the end of the bottle. 4. Hold the stick in front of you with both arms straight. The string should be long enough so that the bottle is resting on the floor. Twist the stick so that the string winds around it and the bottle is lifted up. Do this until the tip reaches the stick, then wind it back down. When it's completely unwound, wind it in the other direction. Repeat. |

This very quickly peters out as far as strength training goes. Awesome for shoulders if the arms are held straight out in front and locked, though.
