this thought came up in a few old school posts in shorthanded and high stakes limit....I cannot find which ones I took it as a given since, but I don't think it's been flushed out as nicely for no-limit as you have here. I love the hand range examples!

Nice post. One thing that would be useful is some kind of range for what is truly "aggressive" given a certain VPIP. For example, for VPIP 30-40, an AF higher than X is aggressive.
Also, what is aggression frequency, and is it a more useful stat that aggression factor? I thought I saw someone saying they prefer aggression frequency.
