raise flop + checkbehind turn = he never folds anything with any kind of showdown value
so, bet turn shove river if you really want him to fold. floating flop and making a play on later streets is also a pretty decent option. |

I think giving up after the flop is good against non-donkeys (but sometimes pack 3 bullets). I fire the turn a ton against donkeys though since I find they peel with all kinds of [censored]. Now I fold quick

yes this is what i expected the response to be. I sense that if he limpcalled preflop, then he wouldnt call with much on the river. the way it played out he would TRY to fold his thing on the river ie he looks down at JJ and says "man I am so beat............i call"'
---- for the curious, of course the final results of the hand were that I muck to the river bet like its my job |
