Re: 97s i have nothing
River is bad. Once he c/c there he has a made hand that is going to showdown. Much different than if he had bet the turn, and you floated to bluff river (since then he can have a draw or something that decides to give up). Also, I don't like flop call. He is going to fire turn so often and we have nothing. Much prefer folding or 3-betting the flop

Re: 97s i have nothing
[ QUOTE ]
he folds a bluff, a FD, and a str8 draw not sure if he folds J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] x[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], which may make this hand not profitable [/ QUOTE ] he bets a draw on the turn. bluff is not possible since he c/c the turn. |

Re: 97s i have nothing
let me elaborate on the flop call-
its based purely on the bet sizing of his c/r. i think that alot of tags at this level will make weak c/res in an attemp to take down the pot. had this player c/r-ed to something like 33 or whatever, i'm way out. i would think that he would make a meaningful c/r with 2pair/set in an attempt to get stacks in the middle. |

Re: 97s i have nothing
I dont like this at all. I just dont think he folds very often after c/r flop c/c turn.

Re: 97s i have nothing
I would give up once he calls the turn.
