Vodka------Effin. Kicks the heck out of Kettle One and Grey Goose [/ QUOTE ] Unless you're looking for a true dirty martini, in which case I've never tasted anything better than a Ketel One. As an aside, the coldest martini I've ever had came from that martini bar inside Wynn that is....I think it's nearish to the room elevators? Highly recommended. I don't think the waitresses in the poker room will bring you drink from that bar, though. |

If you're a bourbon guy, try Woodford Reserve. Tequilla? Patron Silver. Or try out quality single malt scotches like Macallan, Balvenie, Lagavullen, etc. But be careful. I enjoyed so much Macallan in the poker room at Venetian last summer I wound up sleeping on the floor of the bathroom in my suite. [/ QUOTE ] Can you get Macallan, Balvenie or Lagavulin in the poker room? I am going to the Wynn in a couple of weeks, and if these are available, that would be awesome. Also, anyone know if you can get Bookers Bourbon? Thanks. |

That [censored] is expensive. |

This reminds me... as of Monday a week ago Caesars LV no longer allows you to order by brand. You may only order "vodka", "scotch", "bourbon", "tequila", etc now. Poker room has decided they won't pay for premium booze. MGM I know also refuses to offer top-shelf (you can get it if you pay for it). Monte Carlo refuses to serve Red Bull in the poker room (dunno 'bout ethanol-containing fluids).
So no, you ain't gettin' snooty single malt scotches from every poker room. |

If anyone knows the highest end Scotch, Bourbon, Cognac and Tequilla either of these places serve I would appreciate the info. Thanks. |
