well im on tilt.

he needs to just say over and over again 71 cents should be the bill.

and also, just set up the equation simply for them:

.002 c/kb * 35xxx kb/1 = 71 cents because the kilobytes cancel out and you are left with cents as the only unit.

Everyone who has taken a math class can do this and i am sure if you tried to get them to do it, they might figure it out.

also he needs to quit saying "if the rate is .002 dollars" ugh that started to confuse me.
