Re: Probably stupid move, flop AI donk bluff
Don't reraise a shortie without a hand you are willing to felt. So, just call his PFR and flop a set. Reraising to $12 there is silly.

Re: Probably stupid move, flop AI donk bluff
[ QUOTE ]
If his pf play means that he can have AK or AQ or something, then my flop play sucks. Also, if he doesn't fold KK or QQ, then my play sucks. Also if he is just as likely to fold KK/QQ to say a half pot bet, then my play sucks. If he could have AK/AQ and will fold it, then my play is great. [/ QUOTE ] it looks like the cards are stacked against you |

Thanke for the comment aj, what do you think about the rest? [/ QUOTE ] It's hard to rap my brain around calling his 4-bet because I would never 3b it there. You've got to win this pot a fair number of times without flopping a set for it to be +EV. The stop-n-go is sorta OK, if he ever folds KK/QQ/TT there. All-in-all I think you set yourself up for potential spew by 3betting his PFR. |

Re: Probably stupid move, flop AI donk bluff
I won't mention preflop because you've already defended that. If i'm your opponent who has 1/3 of stack in pre with a 4-bet, i doubt i'm folding KK/QQ to your shove, surely you'd check an A, to induce him to bet with these hands? Obviously the other hands in the range won't fold either
