Just hopping on to say we're actively working on a fix for this new periodic freeze people are experiencing. If all goes well, we should have something before the weekend is over (and if it goes really well, even sooner).

ROLL BACK to the way it was yesterday. Fix it up right in your own time and then release it.

Before the weekend is over....is idiotic!

I'm pretty sure FTP is not understanding the gravity of this.

Yeah, sorry Doug, this is very bad software development. When your new version is broken you immediately revert to the last working version. Then you fix it and thoroughly test it offline. You don't throw new versions at us and let us test them.

Also it's not a "periodic freezing" problem it's like almost unplayable almost all the time. I rarely made it through one orbit with some kind of horrible freeze.

I also don't get the speeding up + time bank thing. Whatever, maybe it's good, maybe it's not, but you guys have a lot of bad bugs you need to be fixing, not random changes which aren't very significant.

Just want to reiterate that for some of us FTP has been like this since the resizable tables ish.

I never had issues with lag before.

With the new software update, now I do.

I noticed on many hads where one player would go all-in on the river in a HU pot, the other player would call.... and then there'd be a pause for 5 seconds before the hands would be quickly flipped up and then the animation hastily rushed to the next hand being dealt. I barely get to see the players' hole cards. Also many times I'd click my action but the table just lags and I'd even get the action prompt beep AFTER the pause. Quite distracting-- am I needing action at another table or is it just lag catching up.

Also, I got timed out of many hands without even realizing it (I play up to 8 tables at a time but usually just 5 or 6), would hear the action beep but the table needing action wouldn't pop to the front like it used to and wouldn't be highlighted on the task bar. Maybe it's because the time to act is shorter than I'm used to.

I feel like the games are running SLOWER now. I don't like this update at all.

I'd give up the timebank feature for the way it was before.

IMO, it's much, much slower with many times not being able to act and being auto folded. It's crazy!

Just f'n roll it back and then work on your fixes!!! I guess when I play in the ironman I'm going to get lagged out there too on Saturday. Is it too late to change to bonus medals?

Full tilt is unplayable right now. Constantly timing out, terrible lag, no good at all. Had no problems, or slight ones, before today. I'll wait a couple days and if its not fixed I'm moving my money.

I did actually laugh at getting rickrolled by Full tilt.
