Another one I just thought of that no one has mentioned yet is About Schmidt. I teared up a little when he is looking through his wife's clothes after the funeral. Cried at the end when he is reading the letter.

I can't recall actually breaking down, but only because I have a hangup about crying...but anyway, here are movies that got me closest:

The Crow
The Untouchables - when Malone dies/when Costner's looking at the picture
JFK - Costner's summation speech in the courtroom
Saving Private Ryan - "Earn this."
Armageddon - Bruce Willis talking to Liv Tyler on the video
Lonesome Dove - Gus in the bed at the end talking to Call
My Life - when Nicole breaks down to her mother, saying "I want him in my bed"/shaving scene/when he meets his son

I'd give more, but we're putting my 17 year old cat to sleep today, and it's kinda tough.

Yep, the father-son stuff gets me. The end of Field of Dreams, the end of Friday Night lights with the Tim McGraw and his kid...the Boobie Miles scene killed me.

A few others include The Patriot (when his little girl finally runs up to him and says "don't go Daddy" or something like that), Tender Mercies (when Duvall finds out his daughter is dead), and the end of Glory.
