this could get interesting, i have a feeling that one of two things is going to happen. either [censored] is going to ban the 3 a week like he said maybe more b/c it would be justified or with the new ground rules, posters will be scared into not starting new threads and this place will all the sudden be quiet and nobody will want to "get out of line," making it tough to ban people.

This is almost certainly going to be a trainwreck. [censored] is going to end up banning people who don't think they deserved to be banned. Lots of people will complain about it. Complaints and accusations will fly all over the place.

I think we need a sticky that gets posted in everytime there's a banning and a link to the reason why. This will help people understand what floats and what sinks.

That's not true at all. Look at many of my posts yesterday for very calm discussion on a number of issues.

This is an internet message board. It is not Habitat for Humanity, a UN council on human rights, or even the Human Fund. Nothing that happens in OOT should affect your life this much.

This is one reason bannings need to happen. If you're that wrapped up in events here, a little perspective will do you good - and keep you out of our hair while you get your loony head straight.
