Jenn, I just don't understand how you can make claims that you have over 11k sngs at 39% roi and give no proof that this is actually true. also just out of curiosity, why haven't you moved up to the higher level sngs yet? [/ QUOTE ] I make the claim because it is true. Up until less than a year ago (2000 SNGs ago), I never even tried a tracking program. |

Jenn, What none of us understand is why you don't play higher. If you're decent you'd make way more playing the 60s. Since you spend you time playing against opponents who have no clue how to play optimally, we assume you're not very skilled. The other option is to accept that you play low stakes for some other reason and you don't care about maximizing your return on your time. That just doesn't make sense to someone with a poker mindset. [/ QUOTE ] Glad you brought that up! I have just started to try the higher levels. Up until now, I have had virtually no time to play with all the teaching and my previous job (two full time jobs) I'll be venturing into the $55+5s soon with more regularity |

you play 4 tables and teach poeple how to play sng's.

In my case, I make my income by playing and teaching as well. It's a modest income, but it's high five-figures. It is something I love. |

Jen,
Play more tables. I really don't know anything about you but if you are at all competent at SNGs you are throwing away money away by playing so few tables. If you have played 10,000 sngs you should have figured this out long ago. |

I don't claim to be the best among the best. I have the highest ROI among Low-Limit SNG players that I've seen, and I'm definitely a top notch player, and a successful teacher, but I'm not amongst the top elite online. [/ QUOTE ] I was only trying to clarify what I thought was a potentially missed point in the debate that was going on. You do claim a very high roi in lower limits. It was this claim of "the best" I was referring to. I did assume you weren't strictly coaching low limits. If that assumption is true- then my post was pretty much what I meant to say. I'll leave the actual analysis debate up to other people because obviously lol donkngoaments. Either way I'm not trying to make a judgment on what you choose to do or how you go about it. |
