Re: Problem playing CardRunner and LeggoPoker videos. $$$
Then I'm pretty much out of ideas
Cardrunners FAQ has something about this, but says it points to a sound-related driver issue - I doubt that, since it is affecting both your laptop and desktop I'd probably just watch the vids in flash for now (does Cardrunners have Flash vids?) Leggopoker's are on the way I believe. Maybe scour their forums for "C00D11B1", see if anyone else has the problem - make a thread if not? Best of luck, If you find a fix please post so others may benefit in the future. dave. |

Re: Problem playing CardRunner and LeggoPoker videos. $$$
Is there any software youve installed that is common between the desktop/laptop? It is really bizarre that the same issue would be occurring on different hardware and different operating systems. Have you installed any codecs on both that you can remove? What about DVD playing software or graphic accelerators? Also, has the problem been there since day 1 or did they work then suddenly not?

I had problems with my work machine running vista.
This worked for me: Windows - run: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Audio DisableProtectedAudioDG Change the 1 to a 0. Restart computer. Profit. |

I can't get flash videos to work on Stoxpoker. Anyone have any ideas? When I click on a video, a gray screen comes up that says "This will be replaced by the player."

Disclaimer: make sure you know what you're doing before editing your registry, bad things can happen. You first need to open the run command on vista, do so by holding down the windows button and press R. The run command will appear. Then type regedit. Follow the links by clicking the folders in this order: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Audio DisableProtectedAudioDG Then Change the 1 to a 0. Next, restart your computer. See if this works. Good luck. |
