His stats aren't particularly LAGgy - PFR of 15 isn't strongly aggressive, and a post-flop aggression of 1.2 is on the passive side.
Fold preflop after he 3bets you. You're OOP with an easily dominated hand. Fold flop after he raises you. You're only really beating a complete bluff from overcards. Pushing would be horrible. |
