Re: 1000NL, JJ on low card dry flop against chr
Really depends how aggro he is, usually i call and re-evaluate the turn with position as a default.

Re: 1000NL, JJ on low card dry flop against chr
Some v questionable advice in this thread, IMO.
Barring a solid read, folding is far too weak. Either shove now, but I prefer calling and re-evaluating turn, getting it in more often than not. I think checking flop, as was suggested, is particularly bad. |

Re: 1000NL, JJ on low card dry flop against chr
I don't think you can get a much better flop (without a J) for your hand. Since he called your raise. AA, KK, QQ would have probably reraise here. However, this is a tough spot. If you have a pretty good read on this guy and you think he would take this line with air then I would put him to the test. I would call here and then check/raise the turn. If he reraises on the turn then you have to reconsider how much he likes his hand. But if he is capable of firing 3 three wads with air then you need to test him.

At least apply some pressure here. Sorry for the position fu |

If he fires again on turn, I think I am behind at least 80% of time, so I fold. |

He might have called your raise with 33, 55 or 99 so if you feel his line is telling you that I understand folding. I would go to check/call mode and look him up. But that's me. no way u can fold this. u can't give a guy credit for set or JJ+. Call and stick it in on a lot of turns. [/ QUOTE ] ya, i pretty much agree with this. |

Re: 1000NL, JJ on low card dry flop against chr
Given his VPIP is 28, I'm not particularly worried about a set... i'd probably just stick it on the flop.
