You had said your opponent had around $90. Assuming that, the pot should be roughly $106 so he has committed $53 and only has $37 left behind? I think its an insta-call, even if he was deep, I'd make that call but if he was real deep and the pot wasnt chk raised, you could maybe fold to protect your stack.

Use a hand converter next time.

If you are asking this question, you probably shouldn't be playing HU NL100 or anything where the max buy in is > $10.
