Personally I would 3bet the flop.
how does the villain play mid pps? like 77-99? If he doesnt 3b those pf, he could possibly call your flop 3bet with that, 56, 34, 45, 46, or a4s as played i would raise to like 150 and then puke and fold when he shoves [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
