I think this is a pretty simple hand that comes down to 2 questions.
1. Why did you flat call the flop if you have a question about what to do on a bad turn card. 2. Do you feel like gambling |

it's a pretty good turn card for you, it gives you a flush draw and a straight draw to go with top pair. though if he is passive he might only be betting here with a very big hand.
