those are all pretty fishy stats. the minraise is fine, but i think folding this after putting in 40% of your stack is pretty bad, unless SB and BB both shove and CO calls or something.

It would be hard to fold to because you will be getting a little less than 3 to 1 once UTG/BB pushes. you have TPTK and it's not out of the question that the villain could be pushing worse or even FD. Once you decide to raise flop, you have to get it in, imo.
