QQ vs loose passive station
Villain is 50/0/0.33 over 182 hands or something like that, he's NEVER raised anything since i've been at the table. I c/r the flop because he wouldve folded to a cbet, so i wanted to get a little money, and it was a safe board. I bet this turn for value (or so I thought), but when he wakes up, fold is standard right?

Re: QQ vs loose passive station
Why do you try to c/r flop against someone with an af of 0.33 instead of just leading out yourself, he will call if hes a station as you say.

Re: QQ vs loose passive station
Your flop play c/r isn't well sized IMO. You are almost giving him the correct odds to continue with OESD (J9). Make a decent c/r to 9-11 dollars. But personally I prefer a cbet. This guy is a calling station and will call with overcards (of which there are a lot on a T high flop), bottom pair, gutshots etc. Since you are quite deep and he's ultra passive I don;t mind folding to the turnraise. It shows a lot of strength to do this after a flop c/r.

Re: QQ vs loose passive station
I think not c-betting here is a mistake! If he folds, its fine! You win the pot right now, if he calls, its also fine because you're ahead on this flop, and a draw should pay for the turn. If villain has a draw he may get a freecard. What will you do if a 9, J, 7 hits the turn, also A,K are cards which I do not want to see :-(
It always looks fishy when the PFA dosn't conti-bet a flop imo. |

Re: QQ vs loose passive station
Bet/call the flop.. cmon man, you know better than this. As played, yeah bet/fold is fine on the turn, but you butchered the hell out of this on the flop (even with your betsizing if you DID wanna cr)
