[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I check call river. [/ QUOTE ] doesnt that miss value from worse tens or other random garbage? [/ QUOTE ] Random garbage is folding to a river bet. Check calling lets him bet his random garbage. [/ QUOTE ] i dont think he is ever folding or betting a ten on the river, fish sometimes look up with nines or dumb 8s also id say but i dunno, do u guys play the other streets differently? [/ QUOTE ] A bunch of tens beat you... if he is an active fish, he is betting more hands than he calls with. |

Re: Line check vs. fish
I think the river depends on opponents aggression factor. If he has a low AF then I bet/fold, if he is aggro I check call.
If you think he is capable of bluff raising and bet the river to induce, then you must call. Otherwise, I think you played it fine. |

Re: Line check vs. fish
Grunch. Your line seems fine once you raise preflop, which might be a little loose. I like the small river bet and often use that line myself. The LAGtards can't resist pushing over you, and they are almost never ahead.
