5/10 QQ
Main villain here is juiceifer who I have at 18/10/4 over about 150 hands. No real reads, seems like a decent tag from what Ive seen. Original raiser is some random donk. Ive been running like 18/15

Re: 5/10 QQ
i fold. doesn't seem like a spot for him to get frisky against you, since you squeezed an UTG raiser and Cbet flop...
seems like 88/99 or two diamonds trying to get paid off by your (fairly obvious) mediocre overpair. edit: i doubt he turns TT/JJ into a bluff here; he'd most likely c/c river with those. |

Re: 5/10 QQ
I fold.
I understand he may fire a bluff on a scare card, but IMO the 8 helps your hand(I would assume in this position you would have an overpair, usually, or maybe something that totally missed, although you prob fire 2nd barrel when you have air ). Anyways seems like a bad spot for him and you are playing complete bluffcatcher with QQ. edit: Gbluff mentioned this in his edit so I will as well. Obv. this isn't 1010/JJ very often. He either has an 8 or a flush most likely, or the bluff with a busted straight draw or something. The problem is, your hand could also have been a flush draw with how you played it (AKs,AQs, maybe AJs,KQs you squeeze majorly light) so I don't think he would be bluffing at a flush card very often either. |

Re: 5/10 QQ
i think i'd just b/c the turn
as played fold but his bet makes no theoretical sense as a value bet. |

Re: 5/10 QQ
It does if he put GM on a flush draw and he has 99, IMO.

Re: 5/10 QQ
Anybody calling this if he bets about 350-400 on the river? I see no real change in thinking if he did lead for something around that.
Side note... theres a lot of random donks @ 5-10 I've noticed and a lot of min raising preflop as well. No point to this comment but an observation nontheless. |

Re: 5/10 QQ
the minraising from decent players lately is probably fallout from PNL.

[ QUOTE ]
the minraising from decent players lately is probably fallout from PNL. [/ QUOTE ] If that's the case here, then we're folding to an 8. The min raise has to anticipate, what, 2 callers? That would give him a PSR on the flop around 11, certainly not good for pairs, but OK for speculatives and bluffs. In any case, I agree with the fold. I think this is a successful bluff often, but not often enough to warrant the call. |
