rr pre anyone [/ QUOTE ] Most of the time, yeah. I don't totally hate calling though. This is probably a fold. It's close enough though where calling can't be that bad. I think I like b/f better too, since a bad villain probably still looks you up w/ 55-88. |

This is a c/f. Diamonds are a larger part of his range than 55-88.

as said 3bet pre alot... esp w/ SB in the pot,
b/f > c/c > c/f but its player dependent, if he nevers calls down light and he doesnt bluff i guess its a c/f but usually i either let him bluff or bet /fold for value vs pairs |

rr pre anyone [/ QUOTE ] Why turn a hand with monster post flop potential (and with great odds) into a bluff? I'd rather have some random crap than 9s. |

Checking induces bets from all his bluffing range.
40vpip would suggest he calls down way too thin way to often, but the board is so wet is he ever calling down with exaclty AK/AJ or w/e without :diamonds: Even tho he is now supposed to bluff when we check, I cannot think if a single hand that he bluffs the river here. He is never turning 55-88 into a bluff on the river. Check/Fold imo. Also I'm not that big a fan of 3-betting pre, becuase this guy is likely to call us and we are in a trick spot with a vunerable hand OOP, but I think that just boils down to preference. |
