50NL Floped strong draw oop, did I overplay this?
for some reason I cant find the handhistory
Villain was playing like 25/16/2.5 over 150 hands or something like that, he seemd pretty aggro in general, did'nt really see him make any big bluffs or anything though. What is my best play on the flop when he raises me given that I'm oop? Anyway hero has Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] hero raises in MP, button calls the rset fold flop:9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero c-bet 3 villain raise to 13 hero reraise to 30 villain shoves |

I doubt you guys are VERY deep, at NL50, you have already commited 30+3+2(i guess the preflop raise was an amount like this) so you have 15 to call into a pot of 82(?)~. Easy call. As for the reraise, I guess I would do it too vs this opponent.

If you think overcards pairing may give you a winning hand then you are ctually a favourite and should call.
If you think he has two pair or an overpair or better then you've been building a pot with a worse hand. As played, it is now a pot odds question. To make an informed decision i need to know stack sizes and pre-flop bet sizes. |

Re: 50NL Floped strong draw oop, did I overplay this?
Oups, should have posted stack sizes I think we were about 120bb deep or something like that.
preflop raise was 1.75 I wasnt really sure about the reraise because I'm not really sure how much I can get him to fold and my Fdraw is'nt to the nuts. In positon I problably just call but that doesnt seem like such a good play oop. Do you think raising and than calling his shove is +EV vs some random reasonably aggresive villain? Would you guys play it diffrently? |
