Re: NL100: AQ 3bet pot picked up draw on turn
Shove or bet/call turn. Isn't your PF 3bet a little bit small (especially for being OOP), or is 13 fine? I'd make it 14 for sure but I dunno how big of an impact that actually has.

Re: NL100: AQ 3bet pot picked up draw on turn
C-bet on flop is too small IMO. As played I think I like the turn shove better than bet/call and C/f is entirely too nitty.

Re: NL100: AQ 3bet pot picked up draw on turn
I'm not all that good at poker because I play weak-tight, and I'm trying to be more aggressive, so this is a spot I am trying to understand. If we are drawing to 12 outs, sometimes 15 if he has KK, what part of his range does shoving fold out here that makes this a +EV shove?

[/ QUOTE ] we fold out things like 99 always, and some random hand he could conceivably floating with, and sometimes we fold things like AJ depending on our image. we don't have to take down the pot very often for it to be profitable and it is good for our image (metagame) |
