Re: FT200 Pretty sick situation (monotone, c-openshove)
surely its not a simple call- needs a spade, and sometimes the k and a wont be live due to set?
odds on hitting flush must be 30%... pots not giving odds to justify this... so we are taking jj, qq out his range some of the time and giving him credit for nothing but air? is there some huge flaw in my logic? |

Re: FT200 Pretty sick situation (monotone, c-openshove)
you have 43% equity against 44, 99~QQ, QJs. I think it's quite enough for you to call since it's actually in the narrow side of his range. You will sometimes see a random KsQx type of hands here.

Note: I'd never put him on a made flush by playing this way

Re: FT200 Pretty sick situation (monotone, c-openshove)
why is this an easy call, if its a set like set of 4's you are behind 70/30..so why is this an easy call....almost seems like a combo draw like JQ spades...you get the K but he gets the straight flush..lol
