This is the relevant part of the OOT sticky concerning replies. Traz's reply to NT! probably fits one of the traits.
There seems to be a lot going on though. Traz was reacting to DrewDevil, who was banned by NT! for trolling. It was also contended that the OP didn't meet OOT standards.
