IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT NOBODY ELSE VOTE NICH. WE CAN NOT PUSH HIM OVER THE EDGE UNLESS MARK IS HERE.
In fact, I'd feel more comfortable with someone unvoting.
